Public Safety organizations have a unique culture, far different than their private sector counterparts, based on their history, values and recent experiences.


We recognize that profit and market share have little application as motivators for performance in the public sector arena.  Our research and experience indicate that leaders need to understand such influences as peer relationships, climate (emergency Vs non-emergency situations) and values as they seek to change in response to increasing demands for public safety.
